EDB showing babies only sos tried all load orders i can

EDB showing babies only tried differed load orders mods are babies and children, and children, school and learning. Can anyone tell me what im missing, there a setting or something or does anyone know of a compatible "human breeding" mod that doesnt show or start you as a baby without choice.
