EdB Prepare Carefully

How does "Solitary recreation" work, and can it be controlled by mods?
Thank you for the mod. I appreciate it a lot. The following questions arose after playing on the base game, without dlc, and no other mods beside EDB PREPARE CAREFULLY;

Are there recreation "archetypes" for pawns? If so, could these potentially be controlled by the EDB PREPARE CAREFULLY mod?

I have noticed that even while using the prepare carefully mod, there is still a certain amount of RNG involved in deciding whether a pawn is able to perform the "meditating", "praying" and various outdoor recreational actions, namely "skygazing" (which seems to be weather and daytime dependent; looking at clouds / stargazing / watching sunrise / sundown) and "going for a walk". All of these fall under the "Solitary relaxation" category, as you can see the recreation tolerance building up in this category for all the mentioned actions, when you hover the recreation need bar. A forum post by Kenneth from 2018 [ludeon.com] states that;

"Prayer and meditation haven't been removed.
However there is only a chance that a pawn will actually engage in these activities. It's 50% for prayer and 40% for meditation. This chance is rolled once for every pawn and depending on the roll outcome he will be able to do prayer and / or meditation, or nothing."

My personal experience affirms this. When restarting a game on the same tile of the world map, on the same seed, with the same "carefully prepared" character, and with the exact same scenario settings, the pawn is sometimes able to meditate and / or pray, and sometimes neither. However, the same seems true for the outdoor activities. Sometimes my pawn has no issues keeping up his recreational need on the first two days without any recreational furniture, by going on walks and looking at the sky. Other times (ie; a different run, but with all the same settings), the pawn will seemingly refuse to engage in any of the above mentioned outdoor activities. When this stubborn characteristic is combined with a pawn who is incapable of both meditation and prayer, it leaves you with an increased risk towards a mental break if you do not manage to build means for other recreation types, such as a table and stool for social relaxation, or hoopstone ring. Even when toggling between drafted and undrafted, while inside of the assigned recreation time window in the schedule, and with a recreation need bar that is filled less than 30%, in some runs, the pawn seems to persist on merely "wandering".

I would be very interested if someone was able to explain to me exactly what mechanics decide a pawns "archetype" / behaviour regarding these recreational actions.

This would also give insight into the feasability of having this facet of a pawn's identity under control of (either the EDB, or another) mod.

Addition

While having an assigned bed(roll) or sleeping spot does seem to interact with where the pawn engages in prayer and meditation, I found that this is completely seperate from whether the pawn is able to perform these actions to begin with, which seems to be decided as the pawn first spawns into the game. I have not been able to make any sense at all of the behaviour regarding the outdoor activities. Although it is anecdotal evidence only, I have seen my carefully prepared pawn refuse to engage in outdoor activities, only to seemingly start prefering them in the same run once I do build recreational furniture.

While I concede that these mechanics are only relevant to gameplay in hyper specific early game scenarios, it would seem interesting to me to also be able to control the recreation "archetype" of individual pawns, as it does end up having a major impact on the early game of low resource game starts in deserts / sea ice etc. Botching your hoopstone ring construction after harvesting the sole cactus on the map can be a very quick game over when playing with a recreationally stubborn "wanderpawn" .

Kind regards,
