How to edit new pawns after a game over?

just had a colony wiped out (RIP) and id like to create new wanderers but i cant edit them with the mod is there a way to fix that.

I don't know of a way to do what you are asking about in EdB Prepare Carefully. However, it is possible to create and/or modify pawns at any point in the game with a mod called "Character Editor" : https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1874644848
