incompatibly with new android tiers reforged

when i look at the mod list android is marked for incompatibly? but it seems to work fine. would anyone happen to why this is?

prepare carefully hijacks pawn generation in a way that breaks all other race mods. it doesn't seem broken until you notice pawns with bionic arms for tongues and lung cancer in their eyes. use character editor instead, it doesn't look as pretty but it does everything prepare carefully does without breaking things
