Mending seems too cheap
It's a nice mod filling the gap of not being able to repair things with an interesting meachnic to do it. But I think mending is way too cheap, to the point of breaking the decay mechanic of apparel and weapons. I feel that mending should take much, much longer and in the process use up more ressources.

Specifically for high quality items. Here a proportional time/cost factor seems to be a sensible solution. A significant risk of loosing a quality level when mending would also be an incentive not to have your craftsmen automend everything all the time.

Is there actually an option for increasing time/cost? I couldn't figure out what the description of the first slider in the mod menu is supposed to mean. Also, what happens when mending fails (there is apparently a small risk for that)? Does the process have to be repeated, or is the item destroyed? (imho, some explanation in the mod would be great).
