Crafting Exp
IMHO mending should give crafting experience, it is basically tailoring/machining. Maybe add it as an optional feature.

I second that. I was rather surprised that my pawn working full time on mending didn't gain anythin out of it - and be it the loss if the skill xp because of decay,
