I'm having an issue mending
Basically it isn't letting me mend because the game says I have no ingredients needed in the bill. Despite the bill not specifying anything and having an arbitrary 1 ingredient for the process (an ingredient that should automatically arbitrarily exist mind you). Anyone else experiencing this?

They keep mentioning a mending kit, but its not at the tailor area. Hopefully, im not just blind.

I don't have the Mending Kits enabled. Its just not recognizing the item in the bill
