How to remove bars over head
Do you see the little red square buttons located beyond the outer areas of the Health and Mana Orbs towards the corners of the screen?

Click on the right one to toggle the overhead bars.

Click on the left one to toggle the numbers over the orbs.

It's bitter sweet when the original authors of any mod miss the opportunity to post their explanations on the Workshop which requires discussions like these to patch lost infomation.
