[Feature Request] Instanced or respawning items
I'd like to see instanced item pickups, ala. Serious Sam. Basically, this means when someone picks up an item, it disappears for them, but not for anyone else, allowing everyone to get an item.

If this is not possible, I'd like to see respawning for in-map items.
