POSTAL 2

POSTAL 2

Nicks Coop [5025]
Windows cannot find 'C:\Program'.
So I get the weirdest of bugs when trying to start this up. When trying to boot into the mod via the main game, nothing happens yet when going to do it manually, I get this error message.

I have no idea what's causing this. It seems like it can't read the space in program files but no-one else I know has this issue despite having the same install directory.

1) Mod is not launching via main game menu - is not mod's bug.
2) execute file is only additional way to start. (not a part of mod, just addition)

If you still have a problem with launching mod, try to install mod manually:

I ended up fixing this another way by just moving the entire postal 2 folder straight into C: (so it was C:/POSTAL2GAME and it ran just fine that way. It seems that yeah, it literally just can't handle the space between words as a file name. I did look at the fixed launcher but... the site didn't really look all that trustworthy. I'm sure it is but... really it should be part of the mod already if it's fixed on there.

Site didn't look trustworthy? It's my site.

It's not ok to update all mod files (included configuration file) only for execute. So that's why fixed launcher not updated.

If you want to launch mod manually, download it from moddb.

same issue here

Trying the launch the mod from the main game doesn't do anything and launching it manually gives the same error.

1) Did you try Postal2NicksCoop.exe and Postal2NicksCoopSteam.exe ?
2) You can install it manually from ModDB, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/737631813/350540973998619334/

I launched Postal2NicksCoopSteam.exe and Postal 2 launched but how do I host a game from here? It just seems like the normal Postal 2
