Bugs / Issues
If you've found something that should be working one way, but now for some reason isn't, post it here. Make sure that the problem isn't an intentional change before reporting. If you're using a lot of mods when the issue happened, state that it is the case.

The preferred method of bug reports is to use the Github page[github.com]

Ball speed has been improved via your mod, but this seems to break the spike ball. It now has severe traction issues, especially when navigating bumpy terrain. A great example of this is at the Outpost--the ball could previously be used to reach the underside, but now cannot. Perhaps return the spike ball to its original speed and keep the others as they are now?

Neither myself nor my other friends testing it have been able to replicate this issue in either the outpost or the mining facility mission, and I'm not sure why some people are getting it when others aren't. Regardless, the ball speed will be slightly reduced to try and combat it.

I recorded a couple of clips for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCL72m7SNvo
These same issues have happened with near 100% replication rate. I can record lots more if you need.

Unfortunately you the video is set to private and I can't see it.

Whoops! Should be fixed now. This is my first time recording and posting anything!

Repeating the demonstrated problem with a reduced ball speed doesn't produce the same results, so the issue should be fine as of Update 2.

Coolio. Thanks a bunch! Love the mod, by the way.

Hey Supe, I'm getting an error when I try and run my server. Im thinking its a compatability error as there is another mod that gets the same error called Casual Survival, however, I'm not sure if thats the case.

The error I am getting is:
[Error] Could not apply patch from source: [MOD PATH]. Caused by: (JsonPatchException) Could not apply patch to base. (JsonPatchException) Could not apply operation to base. (TraversalException) Could not find "price" to remove

Thank you for your help!

Edit:1
So I removed Spooky because I have food stacked already from the other mod, but it seems to be a compatibility issue.

I know I'm asking for a lot here, but is there any way to make your mod and Casual Survival compatible?

Edit:2
Im gonna redownload Spooky because I think the CS is overriding some of the Spooky code anyways, maybe its just a server error saying there are conflicts or something.

Unless that is not the case, maybe you can look into it. I do not have an error log to show you so the server error will have to do.

Just based on the error I'm not entirely sure why it crash. Both this mod and Casual Survival change the death drop rates for money, so that could be a factor. Nothing related to prices, though.
Trenze 12 Aug, 2016 @ 12:58pm
The game does not crash, its the server that throws the error. The game runs fine for now, I just never got that error before downloading spooky, so I thought I should come here and verify what is going on, but like I said, i think its a compatability issue.

Checking the CS code, it looks like all the respawn cinematics are using dirty edits to change the pixels lost text. The author would have to fix that by changing the patch to this;
[ { "op": "replace", "path": "/panels/2/text", "value": "5% of Pixels Lost" } ]

The research station is missing some augments in it, it doesn't seem to have the Electric Resist or Ice Resist augments.
