Sugestion for making this mod better
This mod is really cool, but there are a few annoying thing that I think could be changed.
First off, the rewind doesnt go back far enough to be really usefull, maby 5 to 10 secs, instead of 3, and I kina understand the point of the cool down, so people dont rewind, then rewind over the rewind, and just cause confusion. but the cool down is like 5 times how long the rewind is, maby make the cool down aslong, if not a bit longer, then the rewind.

maby you could do different techs (like the default ones) where you have the normal rewind go for like 5 secs, a shot rewind that goes for 2 to 3 secs, and a long rewind that goes for 7 to 10 secs.

also, I think I understand why you have the time cool down from beaming down, but does it have to be so long? I mean its like 30 secs.

anyway, I love this mod, but here are some things that just bug me. :SBchicken:

I don't know. I can think of a dozen different uses for Time Control. Where someone might try to fly over a pool of lava and mess up, Time Control could be used to save them. Or, if in combat you have the higher ground but accidentally walk off it, use Time Control to restore your position in combat. Or maybe you missed the cave ceiling with your grappling hook and are falling way too fast.

It's really more of a safety net to protect you from deadly mistakes than anything else.

It's already a pretty useful mod, I installed it today and it's saved me once already. Although I wouldn't complain if the time was increased to go back farther.

I agree, it can be useful, but 3 secs is just not enough to be really useful. My point is that it would be MUCH more useful if it went back a few more seconds, or as I sugested in the first post, have 3 techs, one thats 2-3 secs for short recals with a short cool down 3-4 secs, a longer one 5-6 secs for a normal one that has a normalish cool down 5-7 secs, and a long one 8-10 secs with a long cool down 10-12 secs. this is an awesome mod, but its just a bit infureating when you recall back just before you get hit, and imedeately get hit, and you cant recall for 15 secs, and you still got hit.

I think I lag far too much for it to work that well, I'll re install just cause I dont want to sound like a ♥♥♥♥, I'll come back and comment any other things to add. ._.

Yeah exactly, I think they are confused and thought they would get the tech withought having to do the quest, Mabye that's it???:steamfacepalm:

hm, well, I think that would be more inconvenent. personaly, I always have the dash tech so not having it is a bit annoying. in a normal planet, when was the last time you used the morph ball? I never use it, but I use the dash all the time, the only time you would use the morph ball is to go under a 2 block tall, but you would just mine it open. so replacing the morph ball isnt really a big deal for me (also just having to double tap a or d to rewind would cause a lot of acsidental rewinds)
I didnt mean replace which slot it uses. In the active stealth mod there is 2 versions of the tech unlocked at the same time one for the head slot and one for the chest slot. Could you do the same with this and set the chest versions key to double tap w? That key never gets used as far as i find.

true, but I would give up rewinding for dash :P but I would give up morphball for rewind, becuase the only time you will use morphball is chalenge doors to get a chest, or missions to get like, nothing

I use it with some simple tunnels as a high speed transit network and find the dash to be useless in turn. So please can you add a chest slot time tech to this mod?
