CT stairs to go to waters

at the bottom of CT stairs to go to waters the bots jump each time they go down into waters and hit the tunnel area. i dont see a need for the bots to jump in that area.

(the stairs near the statue)

the nav mesh isn't a big concern at this point but i'll keep an eye out
