The only issue
The similarity to the hat worn by the character in the pokemon series may call for a copyright infringement if implemented.

1. hats aren't copyrighted
2. there's no pokemon design

Yeah, it's the TF logo on the hat. It's not even pokemon related when taken out of context. It's just a white cap with a pink TF logo.

The Team Captain was ripped right from Street Fighter, so I don't see a problem at all

then again Street Fighter is Capcom and Pokemon is Nintendo,so Nintendo u know them (NOTE: I'm not say anybody is right or wrong but I am pointing out the fact that Nintendo is Nintendo so copyright problems that shouldn't be problems will more likely be a problem)

There are so many cosmetics or cosmetic descriptions reffering to other games, movies, series, ... so I don't see the problem with this one
