Stats + New Taunt w/ Buff
I agree with Eevee's Stats with an exception of making this weapon have these stats, and custom taunt:

-10% Passive Damage
-15% A.B. Time

+25% A.B. Damage
+15% Explosion Radius

Custom Taunt (If creator wants to make it.)
Pyro fire flare in the air and will reveal cloaked spies for 3 seconds. Or give crits for 5 seconds.
(Mat seem overpowered, but I will take suggestions for improvements.)
