Just saying, how about something different from a ullapool caber?
My ideas-
+15% damage
20 health gained on kill
Health gained from kills stay for 30 seconds longer at their original state.

10% damage vuln
-5% movement speed after kill, does not stack.
-35% Ubercharge rate while taken out OR while holstered.

+lets you place large obviouse landmines when you hit the ground
you can have up to 4 landmines out each dealling as much damage as half a stickybomb
-25% explosive resistance
-you can be damaged by your own mines when they arm

my stats

if enemy is on fire, explode on hit (explosion doesn't damage user)

-20% damage
-35% swing speed
