First off thank you for making this mod. First time user here and I have a question about the difficulty settings. Is the mod meant to be used in conjunction with the custom game rules difficulty sliders that are in the base game? Or is the expert ai nation difficulty settings to be used alone? IF you use them both do they have a cumulative effect or do they override each other? For example: if I add +2 to USA in the game menu and then set the USA to very hard in the expert ai menu, which one has priority? Or they they add to each other? Thanks
