Recommended difficulty for the major nations?
What are good setting for the USA, Russia, Germany, Britain, and Japan?

I'm planning on doing a game as the USA first, I have played through this game only once last summer, and I think that I buffed the Axis a bit too much, got crushed in my invasion of Sicily, and then haven't played since do to the craziness of life!
