Would it be possible to arrange Yugoslav focuses a little bit to make it possible that Independent State of Croatia is created before the German Invasion of Yugoslavia ? In Vanilla, Yugoslav AI seems to create it with the focus but the event to switch Croatian side to the Axis doesn't fire. ( Because AI Yugo doesn't join the Axis and then has the coup event. Only after the coup event Crotia can't switch sides. )

So, my suggestion is;

- Slight rearrangement of Yugoslav focuses to make sure that Croatia is created.
- Slight rearrangement of German "Demand Slovenia" focus and Yugoslav German Pressure events to make sure that Yugoslavia joins the Axis first. ( That should be the case in the historical option. )
