naval fights help at Settings or maybe Bug?
Hello has someone else the problem that the AI do not build carrier planes? in every sea battle i have, i see the AI carrier with 0 planes. i switched nations to watch the production line and saw that they do not build them.
Is there a way to fix that in my settings or is it a bug?
