Country specific military focus
hey,

I am trying to figure out how the AI military focus setting works. in my current game '41 i play the SU and germany just started attacking me (boo). Germany only used light tanks, so I wanted to check their military focus. It seems to bet set to medium armor focus, but germany has not even researched medium tanks, yet.

Then i checked other countries and they had all the same settings... I guess I am looking at the wrong sheet? When I press ctrl shift o while having a country selected, it opens the country specific menu, but all military settings are the same. What am I doing wrong? I would like germany to have some medium tanks at least.

I think it is just a bug. I tested new games and there every country picked different strategies. Even the round start savegame on day 1 already had everyone with the same focus in my SU game.
