Ships
When I play the game I use empire ships and I don't get anything else above destroyer level and I have got the doomsday weapons and balance and graphics mod but it still doesn't work

What you need to do is select the pre made empire faction because that is the only way to get all the ships if you start a new faction and select empire ships it wont work.
