2 questions
1: Will there exist an update where the winged species can fly?
2: I understand the tuskans are basically bandits, but is there anywhere i can recruit them to my armies?

just like any MB game...use troops with blunt weapons to knock enemies out rather than kill them. then you get your pick of the prisoners at the end and you can try to recruit from your prisoners in the camp(stationing) menu.

You can also attack people who have them as prisoners and recruit them directly into your army
