So far Mechanical Augmentations trait seems to work, if a bit unbalanced when paired with the Achura trait.

Here are the list of mods I'm currently using. I can't be 100% sure but I'd like to believe none of them are causing any conflicts.

UI Overhaul 1080p
No Clustered Starts
Planet Cap Raised
Improved Space Battles (Graphics)
Epic Explosions
No Fleet Cap (1.2 compatible)

And of course the Remove Aura Graphics as stated in the mod description.

I am currently using few mods which does not seem to have any undesired effects so far. They are:
  1. "Hyperlane visibility" - makes Hyperlane more visible,
  2. "Durable stations 1.4.*" - makes planetary stations more durable by tripling their HP pool, scales nicely with this mod,
    EDIT#1: Unfortunately, it does not work well. I am experiencing loss of medium slots alongside with missing ship core component on certain ship hulls when using this mod. Those hulls are: Frigate, Destroyer and Cruiser. Battlecruisers however are unaffected.
  3. "Leader skill cap reborn" - increased maximum level of heroes from 5 to 10,
