what is this? im presuming community made textures but how would they be accesed via eden or zeus and if i were to send in a texture may it be added?

Yes, if you provide a decent looking skin it can be added to js_jc_fa18_contrib_squads. They are accessible from the virtual garage in Eden at least. I don't use Zeus much, so I don't know there.
