The buttons dissapear when hovered over with the mouse when used on an existing save, haven't tested it on a new save yet.

I've had that bug happaning sometimes on XCom2 without any mods, no idea what causes it... have you tried on loading an earlier auto save or just fast forwarding a bit?

Hello i am not sure but i purchased the run and gun abililty then after i started the mission, where the skyranger is flying to the mission i miss clicked and the skyranger was flying back. after returning to the mission i think i lost my intel again. I am not sure on this... just want to let you know maybe you can reproduce this. Also i get lags in strategy but this could also be from other mods. (Although mod launcher is telling me i have no modconflicts.)

Please note that any options that were purchased and applied (by accessing to the squad select screen) will not be refunded or even refundable in the goblin market

To follow up on what Elad just said, you don't "lose" the intel, as you'll still have the perk enabled when you start the mission. The Goblins just can't offer a refund, once you get to that point ;)

Is there a conflict between this and the tower mission? I've found that when I go run it, the button to proceed from the (vanilla) intel perk picking screen is missing. I can proceed by hitting enter, and the bazaar pops up (nothing is available to buy) but every time I go to launch the squad picker, it takes me back to the world screen. When I disable the bazaar, I can launch the assault as usual.

Hm thanks. We'll work on solving this, Do you have a save we can use for internal testing?

I don't have a clean save unfortunately, the one that I experienced this issue with has quite a few mods (but I'll make a new game and work to the tower mission if you'd like).

No need to make a new game for Tower Mission. That most likely is an issue, and we can exclude that mission easily. It also DOES make sense to exclude it from a storyline perspective. Thank you!!!
