SpaceCatSamba has an ongoing series of high-resolution silhouette/outline wallpapers that would be a great basis for truck skins. There are a couple of skinpacks for RJL's Scania T for ETS2 someone made with them a few years ago, I still use the Scootaloo skin for my T.
