he starts his backstory about his time and black marsh and tells of a family artifact from his mother and father and tells you that it was stolen and is somewhere here in skyrim.

I was thinking of Tibicus being separated at birth. He has no knowledge of his bilogical parents, but Tibicus was found by an Imperial couple who raised him.

I like the idea of him being seperated at birth, but wouldn't it make sense if he was raised by Stormcloaks? The Rift does start as a Stormcloak hold. (he could be Imperial maybe by travelling or dissagreeing with Ulfric, I just think the location makes more sense for him to be raised by Stormcloaks)

A sellsword argonian looking for to earn enough gold being a mercenary to escape skyrim and live in morrowind

I might be wrong here, but don't Dark Elves have strong racial tensions to Argonians? You know, since they enslaved them and all.

Yeah but, nobody really wants to attack Morrowind. Its not involved with dragons, imperials, stormcloaks.

Well, it's not that Argonians are going to attack Morrowind. I'm saying that Dark Elves are prejudice against Argonians. Think of the Dark Elves in Windhelm. Therefore, by Tibicus going to Morrowind I would imagine the Dark Elves would treat him badly/lowly.

Tibicus was born on pirate ship in the Fourth Era, the year one hundred and seventy one, 13th of the Last Seed, under the sign of the Warrior. The pirate ship, the Vile Tide, was some off the coast of the island in the Topal sea, which borders Argonia, Cyrodiil, and Elsweyr. His mother was a pirate and his father was mapper. Tibicus' father was convinced that there was an old pirate stash of loot on the island, somewhere in a cavern. There was no loot. He was killed shortly after. But, not before saying goodbye to his son, Tibicus. Tibicus became a pirate but, left at fifteen. He worked as a mercenary, a farmer, a thief. When he was sixteen, he was the apprentice to a moth priest and studied as one in the Imperial City. After six years as a moth priest. he left to become a mercenary. He wound up in Skyrim and ever since the dragons have returned, he has been looking for a way to find an Elder Scroll and return to Cyrodiil...

Oooh, extensive. I like it!
What if when you talk to him he tells you about his home in Black Marsh and how his mother and father died. Then he can go on and say how he was beaten up and left for dead for the ring his mother gave him. So you help him out by following death and destruction by the bandits. I think they should all be unique named as well.So the bandit leaders name could be like Merala or something and she could be a red guard.... I'm sorry I have so many ideas for this ^_^

There could be a way to tie that into the Dawnguard DLC. Say, for instance, the ring his mother gave him was inscribed with Atmoran or Akivir language and the only way to figure out what it means is to find an additional Elder Scroll and read it with the rest of the Elder Scrolls in an Ancestor Glade. The player (or Tibicus) will learn how to summon an Unbound Dremora Lord. After beating the Dremora into submission, the Dremora will take you to Coldharbour. There, you will find Molag Bal. By sacrificing ten companions to him, or engaging in combat with Molag Bal, he will grant you access to a portal. This portal takes you to Mehrunes Dagon, where you consult with him and force him to give you the Mysterium Xarxes. After completing Pieces of the Past, he will allow you to have the Mysterium Xarxes, in exchange for Mehrunes Razor. After gaining the knowlodge of the mysterious language, you realize that the ring alludes to a hidden treasure throughout Tamriel, each piece hidden under its greatest cities. With this, you say goodbye to Tibicus and he heads off to find the mysterious treasure.

This was once the backstory to my old Argonian character :D The change being his biological parents slain by bandits, and then adopted by Imperials.

This should be a thing.

I think the part about Molag Bal should be skipped and the Dremora justs takes you to Mehrunes Dagon. It doesnt make that much sense to go to Molag Bal, now that i think about it.

Well, I think that the ring, being his only link to his parents and heritage should be unique. But then, I am an artist, and love making things...drives me NUTS that good 3d modeling software costs so much. ANYWAYS, I like the pirate story best.
