First of all,

SERVER OUTDATED
the most common problem will be,
After an update of the mod-map-THEOLDESTWORLD-
That you can't load on your server : (it doesn't mean because you don't get a warning screen at the BEGINNING that says 'server is out dated' . BUT get some crash report on the LAST moment when you are loading the map (for this map W_Cave9.)
Reason :
- Because the server that you use didn't updated the mod automatically/not yet.
- Users : its still downloading-installing. Or didn't update the mod automatically


solution for players
A : complain at admin for updating the server

B : go to steam interface - community - workshop - search 'ARK: Survival Evolved' - search for workshop page ' theoldestworld'

Click the green Subscribe icon/button
Or
Resubscribe the mod.



Solution for admins
If you have downloaded the new update : look on your hard disk for the file
Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods\ 747162211(complete content)
+ file
Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods\ 74716221.MOD

copy (ctrl+c)

Look for the content where your server saves the mods
Mabye:
Servers\ShooterGame\Content\Mods



- HOST CONNECTION TIME OUT
lost/timedout connection to host

+ reason/solution 1 :

The server that you are joining has a max loading time (for most servers : max limit 7200sec) for each person that tries to join the server.
If you have reached the limit you will get this report.
possibilities
The server that you want to join has several mods.
Maybe that are not downloaded and installed yet
Reasons : steam has to download that content and install it on your pc, this can take a long time and can have several crash reports.

+ reason/solution 2 :

for the first time u are using a server on your pc :
the server that you want to join isn't compatibel with the global network. (mostly you will get this crash report from the moment that you try to load on the server)
- for this problem you have to use other topics that will help you for :
- setup-up your global ip
- server port query port
- firewall set-up server

+ reason/solution 3 :

Loading from a extern page thats not related/compatibel with steam/ark,
- search for the server that you are looking for into ark-main-server search window.



For mod crashes
You have to look at the mod-page that you want to add to the map 'The oldest world. '

Look if the developer of the mod, says something about it's compatibel with other mods/maps ,

if so
look of it has a rank of order.



Most video crashes means nothing,
Probably that you are using some overkill of setting.

Always be sure that your drivers are up-to-date.
Check for your game options.
Restart ark.
