Can we change the value of the coins?

at present:
1GC = 1,000 HC
1GC = 1,000,000 BC

Proposal:
1 HC = 1,000 GC
1 BC = 1,000,000 CG

Nope, this values are hard coded and required to achieve max float 32bit precision. Closing thread.
