The MarketAreaEnabler is a build in function of the Market Iron Torch actor. You can get it either via spawn code, see Spawn codes[capitalism.plus]. Or if you activate the PropsTable mod, you'll be able to buy it there.

The main purpose for this MarketAreaEnabler is, to remove building restrictions in a given area, so that multiple players from different tribes can build in the same market area. It includes functionality for a protection buff so that you can't damage players and dinos that are in the market area. This protection can be toggled on or off by an admin. It also provides a functionality to protect structures. You can show a specific market area message that everyone entering the area will get displayed at the top of their screen, for about 10 seconds. You can colorize it, so that it has different color flames and area border. And as the last feature, you can also choose if this Market Iron Torch should automatically light its fire if it's night. The burning does not consume any fuel.

When the MarketAreaEnabler buff is active, you can press to make e. g. the bed placeable on ground directly without foundation.
