Using Bank 2 across clusters

Hi, i can't find the ini settings i need to allow players to access their accounts across the cluster (if someone deposits on Extinction they should be able to withdraw it on any other map) for example... can anyone help?

Cross cluster syncing is not done via gus.ini or game.ini but by actually syncronizing the savegame files
