This mod is not being supported nor updated since it has already been updated in another addon which you can find here:

The USMR, Tan, and New DOI hands are also having another update to be supported on the updated version of Knife Kitty's mod. However, they will not be actively updating them any longer. I have decided to focus on other things besides the addons that I've uploaded simply because I just can't find the motivation to update them any longer.

Constant mod updates that require me to rewrite lua files put me away from doing this as much as I want to and it's very stressful to do, especially when you realize that you're not as good at it as other people. So thank you all for the support, but I want to stay on the consumer side of things. :)
