My thoughts on this.
I like the idea of it.

Quick deploy to set up shop.

Although a few suggestions.

Make it half the size of the Dispencers instead of one third.

Of course it is have HP and half regenerating ability of the Dispencer.

I have to ask: If this was a Scout item, would that be alright?

A little Scout station for the hit and run fellows.
