i think i would be a cool idea like it costed 100 metal to upgrade it and level 1 = health level 2 = ammo and level 3 = metal

nope it would be like a regular dispenser and the gunslinger would equip it and i think there should also be a lvl 1-3 mini-sentry exept it has less fire power and costs 100 metal to upgrade

I say no. Only reason why I say no is because. Look at mini sentry, it is already a pain. And with gunslinger you can be a battle engineer. Run in there be offensive and help your team. But you can't level up the mini sentry. If this were added into the game I think it should be always lvl 1. Same health as mini sentry. And this just makes so much sense. First if this was added, it would take a whole new meaning to battle engineer. You can just rush in there. Put your mini sentry down and your mini dispenser.
Stats I think it should have:
Same hp as mini sentry (I don't remember how much mini sentry has right now.)
1 second more build time than mini sentry but still pretty quick.
Instead at level one for metal it can do 30 metal per give.

I think it should only give engineers metal and heal a small amount of health and ammo and have quicker build time than a normal dispenser.One of the pictures says "By Engineers, for Engineers" and these stats would make sense.It would make playing as a combat engineer more easy since the dispenser itself takes a while to build.Say for example your going around and fighting red team, but your out of metal and can't build a mini-sentry, you place the mini-dispenser and hide and wait till your health and ammo is full and head back out and get back to fighting.

I don't think so. As this was inspired by the Mini-Sentry, it needs to be exactly like the Mini-Sentry unless you're just doing this for fun and haves nothing to do with the Mini-Sentry. That means, the Mini-Sentry cannot be leveled up, so the Mini-Dispenser shouldn't level up too.
But if you want to, feel free to. I'm just giving a opinion.
