this shouldnt have its own pda but go along with the gun slinger replacing curant dispenser

no cause then you are removing something which works well (dispenser) and having to have mini-senetry and mini-dispenser. Not always the best trade off just for a mini-senetry.

but the purpose of the gunlinger is an offenceive pop up real quick which would be perfect hide this away where it cost lets say 75-50 metal to make and only hold up to so much metal (100ish) but has X2 ammo regen, everything is cheap and not metal needs to be spent
