build speed: like the mini-sentry (maybe even 3 seconds slower)
cost of metal: 70
heal rate: like level 2 dispenser
ammo rate: like level 2 dispenser

cant be repaired
cant be upgraded
dont give metal


item allowing it to build instead the normal: the Battle welder kit
slot: secondary weapon slot
wearer cant carry the inteligence
wearer has metal regeneration (20metal every 5 seconds)

What do you think ?

it should heal and gives ammo like a level 1 dispenser.

i like martans idea for the stats and the weapon atributed to it. but maybe also add some battle oriented special functuins like:

+Extinguishes people 50% faster
If team is in battle and there is a pyro, then the team can run back to the mini and then jump back into the fight

+50% faster reload time while being healed

+Heals medics as fast as a level 3 dispenser

might seem to op, feel free to suggest some cons to balance, i cant think of any right now

How about:
costs 80 metal
+builds 5x faster then a' normale dispenser
+wen placed near 1 or more mini-sentrys it will give those mini-sentrys ammo (does not work with normale sentry and it does not repair the mini sentrys )
-cannot be repaired
-no metal buff (to get metal from it you have to stand next to it)
-same healing rate as a' level 3 dispenser
-same ammo rate as a' level 2 dispenser
-same metal rate as a' level 1 dispenser
-cannot be upgraded
-wen its saped by a' spy it will exsplode killing nearby enemy's or the engineer who placed it (just to add in something rondom)

I think it should be in PDA form giving the player more freedom
