[Solved] Unable to place any advanced rafts

I don't have the option to place any of my advanced raft ships, I can only place the furniture for the ships. Please help, I was really excited to try this mod.

Are there any mod compatibilty issues that I could run into? I have a lot of mods on my server, but they shouldn't conflict with each other

Update: Apparently you have to be standing on a dock in order to place to advanced rafts?
Just thought I would let people know in case anyone has a similar issue
