Does menopause automatically leads to ''bad lovin''

A couple of married colonist are ALWAYS having ''bad lovin -15'' when trying to have some fun...the woman in the couple is menopausal...is it the reason???
If it is, please find a way for it to be at least a little fun...because when the honeymoon phase will be over this is not goiong to end well...

Is there any way to make bionic reproductive parts with this mod? or purchase only? I don't think my females enjoy having a single piece of wood for their hoo ha....
