Indeed.
"Could not resolve cross-reference to Verse.BodyPartTagDef named FertilitySource"
and
"Failed to find Verse.BodyPartTagDef named FertilitySource. There are 23 defs of this type loaded.".
Reduced mod list to just four entries (Harmony, Core, Mod Manager, and The Birds & The Bees) and I was getting the above errors.

question is how bad is it? is it going to break something or corrupt a save? or is it fine?

It breaks the fertility mechanic, basically, the stat doesn't exist anymore

Is there any solves?

There is a fix for this; it means going into the xml and adding a missing file. This isn't my fix; it was posted on the main comments thread by someone else but I have used it and it worked perfectly. :)

(NB: I haven't checked yet that it still works on 1.2)

Credit for this to Angelin 01

"For the folks that want to fix it themselves, it is quite simple.

The missing "FertilitySource" found in this file: https://github.com/fluffy-mods/BirdsAndBees/blob/1.1/Defs/BodyPartTagDefs/FertilitySource.xml
Notice it is located in "Defs/BodyPartTagDefs/FertilitySource.xml"

If you go to this mod's folder, located at "YOUR_STEAM_FOLDER\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\751049133" and then go inside either the 1.0 or 1.1 folder, then Defs, you'll see there is no BodyPartTagDefs folder at all. Simply create said folder and add the file I linked (you can right click on "Raw" and "Save as...", or manually create it). Your game should load normally then."

NB: I usually create a local copy of the mod to do this, in which case it'll be in the RW 'Mods' folder. Steam/steamapps/common/Rimworld/Mods

if there is a fix, why the author didnt add the fix? For some reason my mods are being save in other place so i cannot do the fix myself :(
