Also, cig packs ingame have a tooltip warning when you hover with mouse over the inventory icon.

hey can you make it possible to be able to consume smoke, instead of wearing it as a clothing, I want to wear sunglasses and use cigaret at the same time

One of our guys report he smokes less IRL the more he smokes in game.

The most harmful cancer-causing substances in smokeless tobacco are tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNAs). TSNA levels vary by product, but the higher the level the greater the cancer risk.

Our bodies are riddled with forever chemicals and microplastics that have lead to an explosion in cancers, infertility, the destruction of our endocrine system, and are literally pulling our DNA apart. To be overly concerned about smoking giving you cancer seems rather moot when the environment we live in is already doing it.
