Report a translation problem
Due to how steam labels folders the mod folder won't actually be called "Rimworld Medieval Edition" like how it would be if you installed it manually. Instead it's just going to be a string of random numbers. You're just going to have to open the numbered folders there one by one until you find the one with "Rimworld Medieval edition" files inside.
Alternatively you can locate where those numbered mod folders are and do a search for the file I mentioned. Let me know how it works out as I'm very interested im seeing if this works for everyone.
