I didn't use Fuse to do everything. I only used it to create the body and clothing, then I exported it and took it to Blender where I rigged it to a skeleton then posed it accordingly to a Valve character pose (t-pose) (oh, then cut the head and got Survivor Freeman's head and attached it). Then got a default male skeleton from HL2 and used that as it's skeleton so it will use animations from Gmod/HL2. (plus I edited the QC so it would properly use animations required for it to be a playermodel. Then set up a LUA file so it will appear in the PM list)

If you asked that meaning you want to know how to make a pm, and use Fuse body parts and such, I suggest learning how to use Fuse, then follow some tutorials on rigging and making it a ragdoll (alternatively, you can animate it with Fuse, there's a button that'll lead you to a site, which I can't remember whether or not it's free, or if they made it a pay thing again).
