Making Soldier say "Canada wins again" is not possible. Not trying to be rude, but it just simply would not make sense.
Soldier may be American in BACKSTORY,but one feature is just roleplaying through cosmetics,taunts,and actions. I've spent almost YEARS trying to make Soldier part of the mounted brigade.
I can guarantee that they're not going to do that, unless Valve no longer cares anymore.
Once again, no offense. It's just Soldier would not do that. It's not his character.
