So I disabled food bonuses for the AI...
I don't like bonus food for the AI. I think that ever since the changes to agents, it offers a strategic non-violent option to dealing with smaller nations. Or even influencing wars that I'm not involved in because determining the winner will be beneficial to me.

I can't do that though with my spies if they get +10 bonus food in every province. SO I disabled that rom_payload_food bonus in the campaign difficulty handicap pack file for the AI, but I found out something interesting in doing so.

3c_banditry_stop_food_production, with each difficulty level it increases the food production by 25% to mitigate the possibility of a banditry event wiping out food for that province, even in campaigns where banditry events are not possible. I completely overlooked this at first, because it wasn't an Empire Divded campaign.

For a larger AI empire +10 food would be pretty inconsequential, but to give that to a 1 province faction, then double their province's food production on top of that... It just feel like it completely negates an avenue of attack against the AI, while they can still do it to you.

I understand this is done because the AI is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at prioritizing which buildings will help it, but there's gotta be a better way to accomplish the same effect so it doesn't affect non-3c campaigns. Maybe just giving them -50 banditry in all provinces at Legendary difficulty or something.

I have nerfed the amount of food the AI gets for free. I agree it was too much before.
