Any chance this could be ported to Civ Beyond Earth?

We NEED something like this for Civ Beyond Earth, I want to be able to share mods while playing hotseat with my wife. Is there anyway something close to this could be used there?

I was coming here for the very same reason. I was wondering if it would be possible to get it to work with CIVBE since the coding seems fairly compatible between things.
