Sure seems dead. Its not being updated and no new significant updates have been released in months. Steam Charts must be lying as I only see 50-60 people in servers at any given time.

For starters, there are definetly more players than that. Second, there have been updates in the past few months, with many different additions, fixes and tweaks. The next major will be coming out this year or beggining of the next, which will be fixing some issues and possibly adding the Cerato. Steam charts cannot be lying, and even if they were, it couldn't be far off. Don't forget that there is more than 1 server and that many people play offline and have their own single-player servers.
