No "Custom Game" option
I cannot start this mod. I have done this: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=472345 and this http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=465972 I do not get an option after clicking "single player" to create a custom game. This has been frustrating to say the least.

Go into the MODs tab in game, click next, at the top above where it says the mods downloaded there should be a single player button. Click that and custom games should be in there.
