The game mode, the concept itself is very nice and impressive, yet using skeletons has some drawbacks. For example, it has a great downside for the pyro, whose afterburn is not a thing anymore, and you can't use flares, such as the sorch shot for dealing with masses of enemies. Also, the heavy has an issue when it comes to dealing with miniskeletons. That could be solved with the huo-long heater's burn damage, yet, as mentioned before, skeletons are immune to afterburn. Furthermore, solly is the single most useful class in my opinion. If you use the gunboats, self-damage is not a great problem. Should you try playing with the demo, you will realise that grenade hits are very hard to land and sticky spamming is not always as good as a gunboats solly's playstyle. I believe that changing the skeletons' stats or completely replacing them with voodoo zombies from the merasmus halloween update would be a great addition to the mod. Perhaps scouts' role could be distraction, which would emphasize the use of bonk, and spies could be anti-boss characters, maybe.
Thats a good idea, but the problem is, the vodoo sould zombies were replaced in screamfortress 2013 with the skeletons - But we're working on a server plugin for most of your points above
