After installing the mod you should see all the engrams right next to where the Shrine engram was, if you spawned it in and didn't learn the engrams it doesn't show the blueprint sets in your Shrine. In-game go to engrams and scroll all the way down to find the SE Mod engrams, don't try to learn SE Engrams by using ''show-SE-engrams'' option in your engramlist.
